XP-65R Single Stage Cross-linked Polyethylene Foam
Single-stage cross-linked polyethylene foam is one of our longest-tenured product lines, and exclusive to Worldwide Foam. The great cost-to-performance ratio and toughness make it a popular option for industrial racking and heavy-duty packaging applications. This year, we adjusted the formulation of XP-65R to further improve the performance. The updated XP-65R uses 100% virgin resin, which offers users a more consistent set of physical characteristics and higher compression deflection properties. This 6.5lb/ft3, single-stage XLPE foam comes in 2” thick x 48” wide x 97” long buns, which are slightly longer, more flexible, and offer better material yields.
