Engineered to be tough and long-lasting, our XP-150R, 15lb/ft single stage foam is the highest density XLPE foam in the North American market. It is a tough cushioning material for handling and supporting heavy parts such as body panel racking, metal baskets, and steel dunnage.
One stage foam uses only one set of molds during the foaming process and is considerably faster to produce. This leads to a lower cost, more consistent bun thickness, and a higher compression deflection, while maintaining Class “A” surface protection characteristics.
In addition to XP-150R, we offer 6lb/ft, 8lb/ft, and 9lb/ft single stage XLPE. All of which are ideal for handling, shipping, and storing large equipment, heavy automotive parts, and more.
