Our single-shaft lathe slitting process employs a precision rotating saw blade to accurately convert large master rolls into narrower widths. This method enables the production of a diverse range of press ready adhesive foam tapes and non-adhesive materials, including polyethylene, EPDM, neoprene, and NBR foams.
The slitter accommodates roll widths from 0.25” to 62” and supports a maximum roll diameter of 24”, with specific capabilities depending on material type and dimensions.
