Locally extruded XLPE Foam In Elkhart, IN

We’re thrilled to announce the launch of our Extruded XLPE foam line in Elkhart, Indiana. After several months of development and testing, this line is now producing top-quality, chemically crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) foam rolls.

This new line is capable of producing high-quality 1.8lb/ft³ up to 6lb/ft³ chemically crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) rolls with a maximum width of 75 inches. We offer customizable roll length and color to meet your specific project requirements.

Here’s what this means for our customers:  

  • Greater Flexibility: Extruded XLPE Foam Roll with full custom density, thickness, width, and length 
  • Faster Turnaround Times: In-house production allows us to get your order to you quicker.  

     In addition:  

    •  We can laminate in line up to 3 layers of material at a time to create custom buildups.
    • We can apply adhesive to these materials as well.

    The implementation of this new extrusion line signifies our commitment to exceeding customer expectations by offering greater flexibility, better cost efficiencies, and faster turnaround times.

    Recognizing the growing demands, we are in the development of a second extrusion line, projected to be fully operational by the end of 2025.

    Our single shaft lathe slitting process utilizes a single rotating saw blade to precisely convert large master rolls into narrower widths. This allows us to produce a wide range of adhesive foam tape and non-adhesive materials such as polyethylene, EPDM, neoprene, and NBR foams.
