Did you know our Elkhart facility offers roll slitting service?
Our single shaft lathe slitting process utilizes a single rotating saw blade to precisely convert large master rolls into narrower widths. This allows us to produce a wide range of adhesive foam tape and non-adhesive materials such as polyethylene, EPDM, neoprene, and NBR foams.
The slitter is capable of slitting master rolls into narrower rolls ranging from 0.07” to 62” in width, with a maximum outside diameter of 24”. The maximum and minimum width we can process would depend on the materials and roll diameter.
- Output width: 0.07” to 62”
- Maximum roll diameter: 24”
Let us help you determine the ideal slit width and discuss your specific project requirements.

What You Might Have Missed
Lamination with perfect edge alignment
To support the growing inquiries, we added a more advanced hot air laminator to our Elkhart facility last year.
The hot air laminator melts the foam surface using hot air blades, turning it into a tacky substance that acts as an adhesive and creates a permanent bond.
