XP-70R
Single-stage XLPE is one of our longest-tenured product lines, and exclusive to Worldwide Foam. The great cost-to-performance ratio and toughness of this material make it a popular option for industrial racking and heavy-duty packaging applications. In 2021, we adjusted the formulation of XP-65R, to further improve performance. We also renamed it XP-70R. Our new XP-70R uses 100% virgin resin, which offers users a more consistent set of physical characteristics and higher compression deflection properties. This 7lb/ft3, single-stage XLPE foam comes in 2” thick x 48” wide x 97” long buns, which are slightly longer, more flexible, and offer better material yields.
